Do you offer shipping?
Yes, we are excited to offer shipping! We are now shipping our Poundcups in a jar.
Do you deliver your Poundcups locally?
Yes, we offer local delivery services. Customers may choose from the available delivery dates/times. Please visit our order page to place a local delivery order. Also, feel free to give us a call to see if further assistance is needed 860-834-2229.
Do I need to pre pay for advance orders?
Yes, all future dated orders must be paid in full when orders are placed.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We strongly suggest placing your order at least 2-4 weeks in advance. Depending on the order size. Feel free to give us a call to discuss the specifics.
Can the Poundcups be shipped?
No, the Poundcups can not be shipped but the pound cake jars can be. Our poundcup jars are made fresh to order, frozen and shipped out the next scheduled shipping date.
How do I store my Poundcups once I pick them up?
We recommend that you store your Poundcups at room temperature and enjoy them on the date of pick-up, delivery or shipping arrival (allow poundcup jars to get to room temperature before consuming). If you will be consuming more than 24 hours after purchasing them, we recommend freezing them and enjoying them at a later date. To thaw them, leave them at room temperature for 2-3 hours before consumption.
Does Perfect PoundCakes offer on-site set up?
Yes, if Poundcups are delivered we do offer on-site set up for a fee. Please give us a call to schedule delivery/set up.
Does Perfect PoundCakes rent out stands?
Yes, Perfect PoundCakes offers a variety of cupcake stand sizes for rent. The prices range from $30-$45 to rent. A mandatory refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 is required, upon return of the stand in the same manner it was given, this amount will be refunded. Please call to discuss your specific needs and to reserve the stand.
Can I reserve Perfect PoundCakes for a private event?
Yes, Perfect PoundCakes can be reserved for a private event for delivery in the Pound mobile or our Pound trailer can be rented out. Please feel free to give us a call to see how we can accommodate your request.
If I have a nut-allergy, should I eat at Perfect PoundCakes?
Perfect PoundCakes is NOT a nut free bakery, and we bake with high volumes of peanut and various other nut products on the premises. Many of our flavors contain peanuts or other nut products. We recommend that customers with nut allergies err on the side of caution and refrain from eating our pound cake products.
Does Perfect PoundCakes offer Gluten free?
Yes, Perfect PoundCakes offers both gluten free and vegan products. Advance orders are required. However, Perfect PoundCakes is not an allergen free bakery. Since we Bake with high volumes of wheat gluten flour and dairy products on our premises, we advise customers with gluten and dairy allergies to err on the side of caution and refrain from eating our products
What is your return policy?
Pick up orders- All orders must be checked prior to leaving our bakery. Please double check your order and ask any questions you may have before leaving the bakery. Please contact us immediately (the same day) if you have any issues, questions or problems with your order. We will do our best to rectify any problems or issues with the order.
